Let's talk business, shall we?
Have you ever considered direct sales but it seemed "too pushy" or "too much" with your busy schedule? SAME GIRL, same. I worked in corporate sales for seven years, and truly thought I'd retired from having a career outside the home until Maskcara Beauty fell into my lap. I got color-matched, I bought a quad and 30 second HAC brush, and BAM... hooked! Since the company was so new, hardly anyone in my circle had heard of it. I asked friends and family to borrow their faces so I could see what they thought, and one after one, they all loved it. I figured why not just join as an artist? At least then I'd have a kit, and all those folks could just get it from me instead of trying to find someone in another city who sold Maskcara.
That was the original plan, but as soon as I went live on Facebook to announce my new venture (with my toddler throwing bouncy balls at my head, no less) the plan changed. Messages rolled in, and more than just my small circle was interested. I soon realized that Maskcara isn't a one and done, and there's no gimmick... This is a company that has (and still is) revolutionizing the beauty industry, so I went all-in, showed up, and stayed consistent with my message. The rewards have been indescribable, and I don't just mean monetarily (although that's nice too 😁).
