A little tidbit about me... I LOVE a deal. I also love online shopping, so Amazon Prime is my go-to for just about everything. If I can buy the things I need (or don't need, in some cases) without having to drag all three of my kids around town, SIGN ME UP!
With that said, I wanted to share some of my recent most-loved items from Amazon! I get asked regularly to share the links for things I post on my social media, so hopefully this will be a helpful resource!
First up, I am LOVING these sunglasses! I am not one to spend a lot on glasses anyway, because it never fails... one of my kids wrecks them if I don't lose them first. This pair is my current favorite, simply because they are lightweight (no weird red marks on your nose) and polarized. They remind me of my husband's Costa shades... which are not cheap!
If you happened to notice my photos on this site, you may have been drawn to the gorgeous dress I'm swishing around. No one suspects it's less than boutique-worthy, and for the price of $41.98, you can fool your friends too! I bought the size M, and the only thing that I don't completely love is that it is shorter than I'd like. If you're fine with it not dragging the floor (I'm 5'7), you'll love it!
Another dress I'm obsessed with? THIS ONE! It comes in many patterns (and I plan to order more), but the one I bought and love is pictured below. It's super comfortable and flattering, and the perfect everyday summer dress. Wear it to the grocery store with flats, or dinner with wedges and cute jewelry. Also purchased in size M!
What goes best with those cute dresses? A TAN! I'm seriously obsessed with this spray self-tanner. It goes on effortlessly, gives the perfect bronzed (not orange) glow, and you don't have to be too meticulous with the application. I also purchased a tanning mitt to make it even easier to apply, and that's working wonderfully for me. I don't do "real tan" anymore... as evidenced by the first product I shared above, so this is my go-to after showering 1-2x each week. Another thing I love is that it's organic and contains hyaluronic acid! Win/win!
For my face, I'm also loving this at-home chemical peel by Divine Derriere. I've started taking better care of my skin, but the damage done in my lifeguarding days must to be addressed! This peel is 40% acid, which is pretty stout, and you must be careful with the length of time you allow the product to sit on your face. The directions that came with the bottle are very clear, and I could tell a difference in the tightness of my skin immediately. It also seems to clear up any blemishes that are there significantly sooner than normal.
My last favorite thing works great for the pool or beach! I get so sick of washing big bulky towels so often (family of five with a pool... they add up), and these microfiber towels are what dreams are made of. They fold/roll up to the size of a large wallet, so they're super convenient for travel, but they also dry quickly and allow the kids to reuse them day after day.
